Last Summer year I had trouble with my HVAC air conditioner. I called David (after having 2 other 'specialists' come out with no success ) and he came by and evaluated the system and found the problem. It was fixed and I was happy. This year my heat was not working. it was loud and blowing cold air and not shutting off. My system was 14 yrs old. I called East Heating and Air . David matched last year's estimate and a whole new HVAC system was installed in my attic and outside yesterday. Excellent prices and quality service. What a difference over the builder's Hvac. So quiet now and warm. My future electric bills may go down too!

We've been working with East Heating and Air for several years now, and David has always been great. His prices cannot be beat, and his service are even better. Last year, he installed a complete new HVAC system for us, and he did a great job. It's running like a dream now. He priced out several options, and the one we chose came with a 10 year warranty at a very fair price. You cannot go wrong with these guys!

You can not ask for a better company. They did everything they said they would do, which is hard to find today. By far the most responsive company you can find! We called David for a service call on a rental property we manage and he went out within an hour. He fixed the problem and the tenants now have air conditioning. His prices are very reasonable and fair. We are putting David's company on our preferred vendor list! My call at 8:30pm was promptly returned and someone was here to fix my air within 20 minutes! The price was VERY reasonable for an after hours call in August. My drainage line was clogged and the tech really took his time ensuring that the line was completely cleared. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them again!

It would be impossible to find quicker or better service somewhere else. I called my landlord to notify him of an issue with the A.C and SEVEN minutes later I recieved a phone call from East Heating and Air that they're on their way. I live in Montana and had these guys fix my heat pump in our townhouse in Myrtle Beach. Another National firm had gone in and told me the system was beyond repair and quoted over $8000 for a new system. Dave's crew were able to re charge and fix it and it will give me several more years of service. They also quoted me a price less than half of the national Guys to put in a comparable new system when I need it. I am a customer for life. You will not find more qualified, honest folks. Don't call anyone else but Dave and his firm.

We have many rental properties in the Myrtle Beach area and have used David and his ream at East Heating and Air for over 6 years . I can't say enough great things about this company. They are quick to respond to my calls, are honest and fair with their evaluations and pricing and are very professional. In this sweltering heat (95+) we woke up to a hot house. Our A/C wasn't working. At 5:30 AM we called East A/C fully expecting to leave a voice mail. To our surprise, a real person answered the phone! We've been using this company for a while for routine maintenance and a previous repair and have always been happy with their responsiveness and quality of work. In this case when we really needed them - they were there!!! Highly recommend this company.

"A breath of cool, fresh air"! Used these guys on a recommendation from 2 neighbors. My AC went out, I got estimates from 3 companies, including the one I've used for service for the past 10 years, and they had he best price! They even came out and gave me an emergency freon charge at no cost, to hold me till installation. Install went smoothly. These folks are absolutely wonderful. I've used them a few times, after the recommendation of a well connected local friend.
They've always communicated well with me about arrival times, and availability.
They've been very professional and courteous.
Each time out, they've quickly identified the problem, spoke with me about options and proceeded quickly with the work when approved.
I've also had one instance where I've had to call them back out, and they did so quickly while not charging me for the return trip.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys.
